    How do I return a rug?

    Please contact us to arrange a collection we will do everything for you. Returns are FREE for the first attempt at collection.
    If you wish to return the rug yourself you may be responsible for any postage costs.

    Do you have a shop?

    No sorry, we are online based only. If you order a rug and it's not perfect for you when it arrives there is no obligation to buy. We also offer a free 14 day return policy.

    What size should I order?

    It is always best to have a tape measure so you know what size you are ordering but If you are unsure of sizes please email us and we will try and help you find the right size for your room.

    All our rugs are measured in centimetres and specified on the page as 'cm' If you would like to convert the sizes please feel free to message us any time,

    How long is delivery and can I track my order?

    Our standard delivery is 1 - 3 working days but due to the current situation, there may be some delays at your local depot.

    There are no deliveries over the weekend or the Easter bank holiday.

    Depending on which platform you place your order with us, once your rug has been shipped you will receive either a text from us, a dispatch email from Etsy or an email from the courier with your tracking details.

    Any issues with delivery contact the courier with your tracking details. If you can't find your tracking details please message us and we will send them to you.

    If I am from Hull will I receive my rug quicker?

    The short answer, Maybe!

    The long answer is, If we have the rug here in Hull then yes we may be able to deliver the same day but if we need to order it in from our supplier you may still have to wait 1-3 working days for delivery.

    Can I get next day delivery?

    We ship our rugs out on a next day delivery service but we like to say 1-3 working days to be on the safe side.
    Depending on what day and time you order your rug you may be lucky and receive your rug the very next day but this is not guaranteed.

    My rug is damaged, what do I do?

    Unfortunately once the rug has left our warehouse we have no control over what happens to it. In the rare event that your rug has been damaged while in transit please contact us straight away to arrange an exchange or refund for you.
